THE Suzy Lamplugh Trust has been the UK’s founding personal safety charity since 1986, widely regarded as field experts in lone-working and personal safety training.
We deliver training and consultancy extensively across the UK to raise awareness of stalking, providing professionals with the tools to respond robustly to stalking, and a framework for specialist services to ensure that the victim’s voice remains central to all service delivery.
We help employers reduce the risk of harassment, violence, and aggression to their workforce by training employees on how to effectively assess and mitigate situations that can lead to aggressive or violent behaviours, putting into place excellent personal safety practices, including conflict de-escalation management training. The courses range from half and full-day in-person training and awareness-raising talks as well as online personal safety training and open access or in-house train-the-trainer courses.
Our range of Stalking Awareness courses are specifically designed for frontline practitioners across services including Constabulary, Local Authority, Housing, Health and Social Care.
