Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

By subscribing to this service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UK News Broadcasting Ltd “the service provider”, governing your use of the service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not subscribe to the service.

2. Subscription

By subscribing to this service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with us. You agree to pay the subscription fee at the intervals agreed, which is non-refundable and can be cancelled at any time within the Membership Admin Area. Once you cancel your subscription, you will not be entitled to any refund.

We are unable to issue refunds on subscriptions due to the immediate access to our services and content provided upon subscription. The activation and immediate access incur costs for us that cannot be recouped, making refunds unfeasible.

The publishing and marketing services provided as part of this subscription are perishable. Once the content is published, it is in the public domain and cannot be recalled or undone. Therefore, the non-refundable nature of the subscription fee is necessary to ensure the continuation, viability and immediate provision of high-quality publishing services for all subscribers.

3. Use of the Service

The service is intended for your personal use only. You are not allowed to resell or transfer your subscription to any other person or entity. You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Content Submission

You may submit news or information to the service provider for consideration. By submitting content, you grant the service provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the service provider and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the service provider or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the service or the inability to use the service, including any damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangible losses, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

7. Termination

The service provider reserves the right to terminate your subscription at any time, with or without cause. In the event of termination, your access to the service will immediately cease, and the service provider will not be liable to you or any third party for any damages resulting from such termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

9. Changes to the Terms

The service provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, without notice. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the service provider and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter of these Terms.
