Bid_In Group, a silent auction technology and services company founded in 2016 by the owners of events company Park Publishing, has completed many of these ‘free of charge’ silent auctions in recent months raising £1.4m for good causes, including Chris Evans super-auction for the NHS, and Global Radio’s ‘Make Some Noise’ Emergency Appeal.
Hot on the heels of these hugely successful events, Bid_In are now reaching out to other UK charities offering their silent auction service free of charge whilst CoVid-19 restrictions continue to prove a constraint. This generous initiative has been put in place in order to help charities and struggling industries to plug the fundraising gap during this hugely challenging time which has come about as a result of all restaurants, national and international travel, events and gatherings being temporarily cancelled.
