The National Charity Conference ’20 will be held to coincide with December’s UK Charity Week on Tuesday 8 December 2020.
Earlier it was also confirmed that the Cambridgeshire-based Allia Conference Centre in Peterborough will play host to the event.
The National Charity Conference will bring like-minded people together working within and for the charity sector. There will be discussion, debate and ultimately a great opportunity to learn from one another. Among the topics up for discussion on the day are; Fundraising, Marketing, Governance, Finance and Collaboration.
Delegates will have the chance to contribute and ask questions throughout the day. Several speakers will be joining the panel along with special guests from charities and leading companies from across the UK.
Business Centre Manager at Allia Future Business Centre, Paul Smith, said:
“We are delighted to be hosting an event of this magnitude here at Allia in Peterborough. We will do all we can to make the organisers and delegates feel welcome to the city.”
Allia itself is recognised as a charity by HMRC and Mr Smith is delighted at the prospect of having so many leading figures from within the sector heading to Allia, “We are a charity working with entrepreneurs and businesses that aim to make a positive change for people, planet and place. By supporting them, we help them to do more, more effectively and on a greater scale, so to have so many like-minded people coming here will be fantastic!” He added.
