RWinvest, the national powerhouse in property investment, has increased its commitment to supporting charitable organisations across the North West.
The award-winning business, which specialises in buy to let investments on prominent residential developments, has successfully delivered over £1billion into the UK investment market since launching in 2004.
Earlier this month, RWinvest donated the cost of 1000 packed lunches for disadvantaged children and families in Liverpool after news reports increased awareness about food poverty affecting more children than ever before since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The successful investment company also donated to NHS Charities Together and last month announced its sponsorship of Liverpool’s Inclusive Hub. The organisation, which was established in 2016 to support autistic children with sports and fitness programmes, has expanded its services to help people all over the city facing wide-ranging medical issues as well as social and economic challenges. RWinvest also provides sportswear for those partaking in activities at the centre over the next 12 months.
The company has long shown a strong commitment to charitable initiatives with much of its fundraising activity and support for good causes being led by company directors Julian Ramsden and Michael Gledhill. The business has shown a particular focus on supporting organisations which help rough sleepers and is now looking to expand its support for the homeless in Manchester to coincide with the opening of its new office.
Julain Ramsden, director at RWinvest, said:
“RWinvest is a successful company with firm roots within the communities we operate in. We’re a company with a strong social conscience. It is therefore important for us to support these communities and fund causes that are changing lives for the better.
“2020 has been an incredibly tough year for people in so many ways so our support for feeding families in Merseyside, the support we gave to NHS Charities Together and our recent sponsorship of the Inclusive Hub in Liverpool, will go some way towards making things a little easier.
“More generally, we’ve done a great deal of work to support rough sleepers and that’s something we’re looking to continue in the long term especially in Manchester where we have just opened our new office.”
