Greater Manchester campaign aims to raise awareness of The Christie charity

Creative branding agency Music has revealed their campaign to raise awareness of The Christie charity, which supports the North West cancer care, research and education centre The Christie, as well as its charity fundraising arm. Manchester’s internationally acclaimed cancer centre The Christie, and provides enhanced services over and above what the NHS funds.

The campaign focuses on how crucial fundraising for The Christie charity is and how many of the services provided by The Christie would not be possible without the support of charitable donations.

The out of home campaign will be seen across the region from today on digital billboards in Manchester city centre and surrounding arterial roads, as well as Greater Manchester bus sides and in the Manchester Evening News. Social media and regional radio are also being used. The creative approach centres on the impact The Christie charity has on the hospital and patients living with cancer and all those who support them urging people to help The Christie ‘keep touching lives’. Patients, practitioners, a family member, fundraisers, and a volunteer all feature alongside simple and emotive copy.

Lowri Evans, Senior Creative, Music, said:

“The Christie charity supports a world-class cancer centre on our doorstep carrying out vital work every day. Music has worked with The Christie charity for over 10 years and we are proud to be able to tell those stories in this campaign to raise awareness of this incredible place.”
