NEW Year’s Honours List announces that Family Action Chief Executive, David Holmes CBE will receive a knighthood in recognition of his services to children and families.
David Holmes joined Family Action as Chief Executive in 2013 and since then has transformed Family Action to become a leading national charity supporting tens of thousands of families every year.
Sir David Holmes CBE said:
“It is such a great privilege to lead Family Action and our tremendous team of staff and volunteers. I am reminded every day when I see the impact of our work just how lucky I am to be Family Action’s Chief Executive. I am proud of the recognition this award gives to Family Action’s tireless support of families across the country and on a personal level I feel very honoured.”
