With such successful ‘Muscle Mash-Up’ charity exercise events over the last 3 years the fourth didn’t fail in expectations!

This year’s event was held at Ely Beet Sports & Social Club, where the very first Muscle Mash-Up was held over 3 years ago.

The monies raised went to MIND, Global’s Make Some Noise and this year Embrace Child Victims of Crime.

A fantastic total of £967.85 was raised at the exercise event and all monies raised will go to the charity www.embracecvoc.org.uk, a national children’s charity based in Peterborough, who support children and young victims of serious crime.

The Muscle Mash-Up 4 Charity Event is a 2-hour fun exercise event which included Zumba by Amy, Beatz Fitness by Lisa Hillier, Pilates by Sarah Bryony and 175 Explosive Cardio by James Honey, all local trained professional teachers!

The Muscle Mash-Up team would like to thank all their sponsors for their continued support each year.

Watch this space for the 5th anniversary of the Muscle Mash-Up which is set to be a BIG event next year!
