Clear Sky – Continuing to support our community in unprecedented times

Clear Sky is committed to providing ongoing support to vulnerable young people in Oxfordshire and the neighbouring counties throughout the course of the current pandemic. Supporting vulnerable children, their families and their schools is a fundamental part of our work, and we are even more motivated to respond to the ongoing need during these difficult times.

Concerns for our most vulnerable children are heightened in the midst of this unfolding crisis. Those children with emotional, social, behavioural and learning problems are at an increased risk, and our ongoing work is essential.

We continue to work in schools where possible to support children through the school closure and are doing our utmost to provide additional support to teachers and those staff in schools who are under enormous pressure to provide ongoing provision within their settings.

We are immensely grateful to our dedicated staff team and to our therapeutic partners who are continuing to work under the advice and guidance laid out by the Government and the WHO. We continue to assess the risk to our staff and our capacity to provide face to face provision.

We are also creatively working on our plans to provide further ongoing support to schools, practitioners and families and will continue to deliver support and resources moving forward. Most importantly, we are planning ahead positively for the coming months when we anticipate that we will be able to return to normal service.

To do this, we do need ongoing support to ensure we are able to continue to adapt to the ever-changing situation and maintain our support to vulnerable young people and families.

Please do support Clear Sky if you can.

Thank you for your help.
