Children’s Air Ambulance announces exciting new partnership with NEXT

THE Children’s Air Ambulance (TCAA) is proud to announce its partnership with NEXT through the launch of an exciting new product range.

The vital charity collaborated with the team at NEXT to produce a helicopter rug and children’s T-shirt available to purchase online with NEXT – with 100% of the profits being donated to the Children’s Air Ambulance to help critically ill children and babies to get the specialised care they need quickly and safely.

Andy Latham – Group Health and Safety and Charities Manager at Next said:

“We are honoured to be working collaboratively with the Children’s Air Ambulance, they do such wonderful work. It’s brilliant to be able to help them raise much-needed awareness and funds so they can continue to provide their lifesaving work.”

Children’s Air Ambulance announces exciting new partnership with NEXT2023 marks the 10-year anniversary of the Children’s Air Ambulance, a national charity, changing the face of paediatric and neonatal care through the high-speed transfer of critically ill babies and children on board bespoke and pioneering clinically designed helicopters providing flying intensive care units.

Profits from this collection will go towards more lifesaving transfer missions continuing to provide vital support to the NHS free-of-charge.

Jo Payne, National Partnerships Manager for the charity, said:

“This is the first time we have had such a significant partnership, and our first product partnership for the charity, which is incredibly exciting.

“All transfers of critically ill babies and children carry an inherent risk – the longer a child is out of the hospital, the greater that risk. With our ability to fly approximately four times faster than a land ambulance, we can minimise travel times and risk. We receive no funding from the government or National Lottery for our missions so this partnership will help make a big difference.

“It will increase awareness for the Children’s Air ambulance and the vital service it provides as well as help to raise vital funds through the sale of the T-shirt and rug.”
