UK Charity Week (or #UKCharityWeek) is an annual charity campaign designed to allow the people of the United Kingdom to place awareness and fundraising for charities high on the national agenda, and at a time of the year when people are statistically at their most giving.
The Charity Today news publication itself is a fantastic resource for charities of all shapes and sizes. As a charity, there are several reasons why you should consider becoming a member.
Charity Today hosts the Charity Community platform, and again, UK Charity Week has its own community support group on Charity Community, you will be given access to this upon registration.
On sign-up, you will receive a PDF checklist to guide you through the steps to ensure you make the most of all the benefits of your registration.
Around the end of October you will be posted a Resources Pack with posters and further guidance.
You will also be given access to some basic digital resources to use before, during and after the UK Charity Week campaign.
Your logo will appear on the Official Partner Charities‘ page of the UK Charity Week website.
Further to this, a post will go out on our social media channels welcoming you as an Official Partner Charity of the campaign.
You will also be entitled to have articles published on Charity Today throughout the duration of the membership. The article can be 500-750 words and includes one image or video embed.
You will be given an awareness social media post on our channels during UK Charity Week, and a thank you post after UK Charity Week.
