Charity Community launches to bring sector professionals together

CHARITY Community, a new social network and learning platform for charity and sector professionals, has launched to help charities build connections that can change the world.

The community is the brainchild of Charity Today Executive Editor & UK Charity Week Founder Lee Rayment.

Mr Rayment said:

“Sometimes it can be overwhelming working or volunteering for a charity, particularly in the age of remote working. We carry one job title but often have to wear many different hats. Does that sound familiar?

“In our friendly community, you’ll meet other founders, trustees, chairpersons, coaches, marketers, creatives and change-makers that are doing things differently as we all work together to achieve the goals we set.

“From our vastly experienced mentors and friendly peers, powerful courses and time-saving tools, we’ll arm our Verified Members with the confidence and permission to build a charity strategy that makes the impact you and your colleagues crave.

“The people you’ll meet in this community are of a different breed. Where others see competition and self-interest, they see collaboration and the many things that align us as human beings.

“We firmly believe that vulnerability is the route to authentic connections, so we’re creating a safe space where we can sweat the big stuff.”
