Charities and businesses turning to Charity Today following coronavirus

CHARITY Today Executive Editor, Lee Rayment has reported a significant increase in the number of charities and PR agencies looking to enhance their marketing strategies through partnerships with the publication.

The news comes at a time whereby all statistics for the popular website have risen by at least 200% in the last couple of weeks, while COVID-19 appeals continue to flood into the news team at an alarming daily rate.

Mr Rayment said:

“It is clear that charities are finding it increasingly difficult as time goes on to make any real impact during this lengthy period of isolation. It is regrettable to be seeing so many appeals from desperate organisations trying to stay afloat, but we’re here for them more than ever just as we have been for the last 14 years now.

“If appeals are written and produced correctly, we will do our utmost to feature as many as possible, but we simply do not have the time right now to be writing them on behalf of charities.”
